For elevated quality demands - the process control system by Düker Engineering for your centrifugal casting plant. For better documentation of production processes and for quality assurance.
On all machines with visualization, a process direction and control system can be integrated. The system is based on a databank. All process-relevant data, settings and messages of the machine (alert reports etc.) are registered and reported in a central database.
The data are filed for each product cast. The product receives a consecutive index. The casting time and the current machine cycle time are filed.

If your production plant is integrated into your computer network, the server environment allows to enter this database from any computer and to retrieve the latest data.
All necessary analyses can be made. A data exchange with your production planning is possible (after previous definition of the interfaces). This allows to assign serial numbers to single products, and therefore to trace each product back up to the material analysis.
